My recommendation was based on comparative quality in the area.. Many of my friends living nearby get 50% of the downtime by reliance and all so I feel comparatively this was better and hence this review.. I know in some areas the broadband is much more reliable but I am here in pune and found almos read more...

My experience with Hutch Customer Care at Hutch shops and at phone is very bad. They generally don't know the stuff and give false promices.

I feel their network is worst and their customer care is just horrible. Very bad company except marketing everything is really bad.
