its pathetic....they dont follow TRAI guidelines for NCPR (do not disturb) activation. When you try customer care number, even though you select English in IVRS option, they speak in a different language. they dont know how to address a complaint....

True...i too faced this difficulty of balance deduction but for some other VAS. Somehow finally i got my amount back. I tried use Do not disturb service...but even after 7 days i am still getting promotional SMSs and calls...called customer care ..they are ignorant..they dont know what is promotio read more...
