Cant be Murali. As far as I have interacted with Unishire customers about 90% are unhappy and feel cheated by Unishire. Wish you good luck.

Hi Mohan Raj, I have booked a flat with their Wynn Tower project and their communication is pathetic. Its a prelaunch project, I have made downpayment of 10% and after about 4 months, they tell that their project is not approved and they are returning back the downpayment. and their refund will t read more...

Its been 4 years I am waiting to get my villa from AMR & Artha (Brick Field Shelter).
