hey at least give me a reference number by which u credited the amount to bank. how can i speak to Bank without any reference from IBIBO. Finally today, i got the shipment. Thanks a lot to mouthshut.com Hats off to you. Only after complaining at this site, indiaplaza officials came into action. wait dear i ordered a book on 15.06.2011 and it is yet to dispatch. i also did mistake by ordering this site. M opting for flipkart. reliable and fast.
After posting the complaints as above on 11-July-2011, indianplaza representative called and assured me that the book will be dispatched by 13.07.2011 and she will look personally till dispatch of it and would inform me by 13.07.2011.
