I cancelled one air ticket on 25.08.2011 carrying the PNR No. VFD8DR. Till date I have not received the refund amount.
IBIBO officails informed that amount refunded on the same day to the bank i.e on 25.08.2011 & Bank has not credited it. I called bank several times but they were adamant that amount has not credited till date.
Since IBIBO has credited back the amount so IBIBO has full right to ask whether the payment has been made to beneficiary or not. In this case, IBIBO officials behaviours are quite surprising. They are simply making statements that since they have refunded (only God knows) so their responsibility end there only.
Now it is only customer who is suffering. But who cares?
It was my first & worst experience with IBIBO & I am quite sure that I wont book any ticket with IBIBO again.
All I can say that I want my money back within 15 days, otherwise I will be forced to take alternate action.
