I have to submit to ICICI a cancelled cheque and a mandate form so that I can 'pull' money from Citibank and put it B2 bank account. They were supposed to do read more...

After the above journey, I wrote the same feedback to the Redbus.in and today ( 13th May'08) I recieved a call from their marketing department apologising for the same.
