Yes it has 4g but not enough support
No,Redmi Note 4 doesn’t support NFC. in the mid-range i know only few mobiles which support NFC. Lenovo P2, Moto M, Asus Zenfone Selfie. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is 4g compatibility.

It has 4G compatibility in both SIMs. Jio VoLTE function can be enabled. But no NFC.
