gulnarjoshi Issue is not resolved... The unit is being repaired in their office. Is your unit leaking or bursting open?

Their service is outsourced and they have no owner ship on issues. No issue tracking... I have been complaining for 6 weeks now, their new service man has no idea what the problem is.
