Krishna, The informations are very nice and useful. But I think that most of the people are aware of these points. As you said, it increases our desire to spend, really. I agree with your views. But, organizations believe in technology and not in people. I find it very convenient to make my transactions online/telephonic. And I feel Trust is something subjective.
