I have used MTNL in past, and in 18 months did not suffer downtime for more then couple of hours. I am not asking for ANY free meals. I am paying more then what I used to pay for MTNL. What I am getting is: 1. Lower speeds then MTNL 2. Horrible uptime

After all this is an Airline. In this industry, being hospitable means a lot. In addition, we are paying customers. Of course, If some guy misbehaves under influence of alcohol, he needs to be punished. On the other hand if someone serves food wihtout heating it, that employee should face the read more...

D Link modem supplied by MTNL supports Port forwading and you can even put your PC in DMZ (look for details on DMZ in docs)

VOIP will comsume about 2 kBps (Kilo bytes per sec) in a connection with decent quality.
