at last got refund initiated mail from shopclues! but 60 days to initiate refund for an unaccepted unsigned courier is too much. pls make ur customer care more competent to become a reliable e commerce website

pls post your order id and concern in facebook page called 'shopclues complaints'. hope they notice it and give justice to our concerns at least then. they delete concerns when requested thru their fb fan page and give standard replies like 'it is being serviced', etc. I need my 3500rs back!

My refund is stuck with them for 2 months and customer care gives lousy excuses to delay my refund. They are not as reliable as ebay or tradus. Never pay money and let it get stuck with them. Always use cash on delivery for high value products or buy from some other reliable site.

even I wud praise their 1 day deals. but that is just a sales tactics to attract customers to buy other products. Then they wud hold the customers money on a higher priced product and commit fraud.
