They have the policy to give back the documents on sending a request letter to them and cc confirmed me that they have received the same from me(request letter) in the month of feb 09. Shantanu- do u mean i shud mail to TTK and not call them ? Can u pls give me pointers on Consumer Forum.
I have already mailed them but there is no response, I mailed to ICICI Lombard too. Am not sure what you mean by systematic and concerned authority. There is not a single document missing in the whole process from asking claim to asking them to return the original documents.

ICICI lombard guys do not respond to their Third party TTK complaints. The TTK has my documents for the past 3 months and i have sent the reminders/calls for more than 100 times, but to no avail. they either tell me to call up after some time or lie that they have already sent me the document, every read more...
TTK is the WORST. They are not trustworthy, they asked me to send the documents and they rejected my claim saying that its pre-existing disease and now even after 3months and 100 calls they have not returned my original prescription and bills of 90,000/- I doubt they are doing something wrong intern read more...
