I finally got the product within given time :) i.e., 21 days..through DTDC courier..
Dear Ayush, My payment gateway was Atomtech and their email ID is helpdesk@atomtech.in
HI.. ravd0903.. I have sent the gateway an email and they have replied to the timtara group to respond on priority.. lets see what happens next and when I get my money back.
