This is how you are making fake promises and never satisfied the customer, this is reason I am asking for refund
You said you will take 4-5 working days on 23rd Jan. And today is 29 Jan. Still there is no response from Pacific.
Today is 23rd Jan 2024. I already waiting since month. 4 working days from Today so I can expect refund by 26 Jan 2024
But it's more than a month now, how much time I should wait.

I just got mail to remove the reviews from Google and all social media. But there is no discussion like when I will get the refund.
Can you tell me the exact time , how much time you people will take for refund.
Providing refund will take less than 15 min but Pacific is not doing that and giving us mental pain. I am asking again and again same thing that is refund, Pacific is just waiting next person to get mad by responding them. This kind of services Pacific providing.
Anytime Pacific given any positive vibes to their customers. If you people are really providing good services then why people are providing bad reviews on mouthshut, Google and raising complaints on consumer portal.
