Why dont you check up with your company whether this is resolved instead of writing here? IFB took my machine for repair and kept it for 3-4 days to test but when it came back the temperature control has stopped working. Called up the branch and again they are sending an engineer. Don't know when my saga will end.
The machine just ran fine yesterday one time when it ran for 3 hrs(in quick wash) but now again the machine is jumping 4-5 inches from ground.
Also, the service engineer told me that since the back panel of my machine is bent, a certain ring of the machine had to be trimmed. He has told me that it should 'work for now'. Today the service engineer visited and replaced the front door of my washing machine. However, after he left and when I started the machine, the machine did not stop washing for about 2 hr 45 mins, and this in Quick Wash mode.
