The only suggestion from me is to closly monitor the thermometer and drive the car. If the needle cross the H(Half) mark or 3/4 th of Maximum heat better stop the car, open the bonnet and wait for some time to reduce the engine heat. But Ideally the engine generates more heat when we drive the car in 2/3 gears compare to 4/5 th gears. It is a best practice to keep 1-2 L of Oil/Coolent/Powersteering fluid/Water etc in the car. If some leakage happens u can top up the fluid and drive the car to the nearest workshop.
