gud luck . i myself hav lost 8 kgs in 6 months , by doing exercises and having food 4 times a day, healthy food only.later i stopped and gained weight so thought of joining VLCC. now after reading ur mail i felt , i can advise others how to lose weight on their own , without losing money, and be read more...
