@Dheeraj Truly speaking as far as my info there are no agents for MTS, u have to go to their Retail outlet and buy the device. If you happened to buy one from the AGENT, you must have been given a faulty piece.. that means the agent duped you and not MTS. I have been using it over 4 m read more...
