still no response received from club mahindra .. your silence to this matter clearly shows the lack of customer service towards purple members

No response I don't seem to have received an appropriate response yet. I have brought various inefficiencies to the notice of all the customer care and beleive there is no attempt from the end of club mahindra to even attend to the concerns raised

99 resorts have rooms which are sold on booking.com where as not even 10% will be shown available to members. Booking.com proudly claims that these rooms will be sold in the next 12-13 hours when you view the room details. Great way to make money club mahindra,, sell memberships to normal people read more...
