As far as I know, the price is fixed by locale. It was cheaper for me to register outside of Pune than had I lived in Pune, but ex-showroom is all the same by city. The only thing worth 'shopping around' for might be the waiting period, ie. one dealer might be able to deliver a car to you sooner tha read more...
