Dude, you said joined as a fresher and you have worked there only for 2 yrs. so how come you promoted as Operation manager? Minimum 18 months to get progression and getting Operation manager post minimum 7 to 8 yrs. Please don't post fake comments.... and guys who all commented on his review, please read more...
