No real customer can make such statement about Concorde group.

earlier they used to ignore the problems raised but now they are openly saying that they won't listen to us.

Concorde is able to find land bank in good locations but check their execution capability and see how they screwed their earlier project which could have been done wonderfully. Feel the pain of their existing customers before guying.
