Ok i can help with the rotis. If you are using an induction flat iron tawa then you need to change it. You should get an hard ionized tawa with an induction bottom. The thing is that the tawa gets too hot too quickly and the auto cut feature of the induction cook top switches it off. I would suggest Read More...
