Thanks for the motivation, DeepMidas ji. Since, ngpay has agreed to send a refund cheque to my address, I want to acknowledge that they take customer complaints seriously.
I'm planning to update this review as ngpay has contacted me after reading this post. Will update once I receive the cheque that they said they're sending. They seem to listen to customer feedback.
