I have done 4500 km till date. Got my first service at 1000 km. No charges and vehicle was delivered back to me in 1 hr. Due for second service at 5000 km. I am getting a mileage of about 16-17 kmpl on highways and 9 kmpl in city conditions. Over all experience with service was very good. They have read more...

Y are u so loud?? one bad experience doesnt make the entire product bad. We indian have a habit of generalizing things. Its better to visit a Tata dealer who can help u with the issue/issues, than screaming over here.
