@ramkapoor - I can see that you have made a similar comment on all aviva complaints. If you are really interested in helping out and is an aviva employee why dont you try solving my issue instead of saying that customer care will solve the issue. @khurana - Nothing . No one in aviva even contacted me to know what my requirement is. wondering how can I pay premium to them and trust them about insurance payment to my family if they are not even interested in solving a simple issue for a customer

I think the issue is more with Reebok than HomeShop18. As far as I understand from the review the delivery and the response was prompt from Homeshop18. You could have used their return policy
