Airtel Digital TV customtakeouter experience sucks totally and is expensive
I had been a customtakeouter from OCt 2009(customtakeouter ID 3001597105) and then promised that they will give 1 year validity. I had to fight with them a lot to get the 1 year validity which they promised in their advertisement
The website payment gateway never works. Shame on you Airtel and IBM which manages it. There is a session time out every time when I try to do something. The ui SUCKS big time.
The customtakeouter care call center is the most of the pathetic lot. Their no is HELPLINE: Airtel Mobile 12150 I Others 1800 102 8080 or 020 40181400(Tolled) EMAIL: digitalTV@airtel.in. You can call this and check. There is no option to select between Hindi and English and by default you will land in Hindi section. If you ask them to connect to English they would ask you to cut and call back again or just hangs up.
Shame on You Airtel. You are fooling customtakeouters and taking people for a ride. Even Sun TV which I used to use earlier wass better than this
