True , The same happened to me also, I even called up the driver & asked him if he paid the 100Rs charges, he said no (as it was only 5-6mins inside airport), but still iam charged for it , customer care directly refused for the refund

Hi What u have mentioned is not a problem in verna , as a verna pertol owner & lots of my office colleague used to have petrol verna , even clocked 45+k kms in 3 years , all are getting the same mileage as what u have quoted , even iam, pls have a look at my review , some tips i suggest , remo read more...
In addition to the above , never park your verna in hot sunlight ,at the dashboard of verna is painted with military green colour rubber paint, if exposed to high temperatures for 3-4 hours daily , within 3 months time it melts & turns out to be sticky (Rs 2500 to repaint it again), if unavoidable u read more...
