I am really sorry to hear about your situation. I can completely relate to the situation you are in and how unprofessional people at Renaissance can be, these people don't give a damn for small people like you and me...I am sure one of these days Renaissance will get their a$$ suied for misleading b read more...

Agreement has a clause that says..dimensions may vary at the time of registration. Any general person would expect 10-50 sqft variation and that is the norm, but not 1000 sqft. Builder got his @ss covered.
