Worst customer support. too careless and irresponsible. 4 days back they told they will revert back on this issue but no follow up from their side. I got a little hope once I got response from shopclues on this portal but again dissapponited. :(
reached next level of frustration . Issue not resolved even after getting response from shopclues. They are kind of forcing to keep their product rater than taking it back . I never thought it will be so difficult to return it. Guys Never ever go for shopclues.
I got a call from shopclues yesterday and they Reiterate same old story of going to service centre and take the proof that their product is not working .. Bad service bad service strategy. @sandy I did same but they have standard response that I should visit philips service centre to prove that there product is fake or faulty. and that too with in 7 days of generating Invoice :( .
