'Kindly send your contact details' This is what they will tell every time. I wonder how they cannot have the details of the customer when they have the contact number just like in my case. After my long long reviews also they are still asking for contact details. Number one fraud website.

If you check the ratings of this review Vishal and Vijay who are 100BestBuy personnel only rated not useful. So like this they will make every review not useful where their website is NOT USEFUL and should close. ****ing website and ****ing response and service.

Got the replaced T-Shirt today and that too I don’t know what they sent. You have provided your customer care number; I don't know whether it's the problem of the IVR or with your customer care center I get the message that ''I might have called at the right time or all the reps are busy'' and after this message it will not read more...
Maybe you might have got the product in good condition, but mine I've tried the customer care num, which will not connect and moreover it's not a toll free number and there's no message about the timings to call.
