Tikona is the worst nightmare that can happen to someone. How can a discconect request can take more than 20 months. Thats the condition of tikona. I myself is a victim of Tikona. Planning to sue him, just looking for some legal help at the moment.

sorry to hear that u got trapped by tikona. They are the worst internet provided. You will less issue without internet in life compare to taking internet services from Tikona. Forget Refund, if u even ask them to disconnect also, they will take minum 2-3 months to disconnect. I have experienced it m read more...

Problem with this idiots Tikonawala's that they dont even disconnect when we raise the request to disconnect. This is so much wired. I am not if there is any competition to their worst customer care in this world.

Hi Sameer .. I am too a victim of Tikona. I would suggest you not to continue tikona in a longer run. They frustrate the customer to the core and never try to resolve the problem in the given time. They will keep begging for some additional time. If u have taken it for three months, then don't ever read more...
