Hi Kanika, Thank you for ur advise to report the issue to the branch head. I reported to the Branch head and they have agreed to reverse the interest charges..
I have escalated this issue to RBI.. If anyone has the email id of Kotak Head pls provide me

Rightly said... The 0% emi is applicable only if Total amt due is paid in full.. If there is a short fall of payment the entire emi will be attracted with interest charges at 3.1%. Which no other bank does.. Even in the case of 12 months EMI where they charge 7% flat interest & processing fee. W read more...
