Dear prem its a friendly advise dont try to be too smart as if it comes back to you just because you signed something then you will end up paying similar amount of flat to developer legally.....
This is absolutely unfair.... which company refunds money. Just because they didn't refund you are angry,,, this is crap and no one will agree, infact you are lucky that they are not asking money from you....

Not at all relevant.... I think you never stayed in Sobha apartment. There construction quality is unmatched, I have my friends staying in Sobha Iris, Sobha dafodil, windflower, City and everyone's response is so positive that made me buy Sobha apartment finally in Sobha Dream Acres.
