The road is good.The previous road was horrible and it use to take more than 4 hrs now the road is good you can travel without taking any break.

I sympathise for what had happened but you should have gone for fixed rate when it was low in the beginning. I have home loan from stanchart at the rate of 7.75 fixed.I bought in june 2004.Even now it is 7.75 fixed and i get monthly statement from them and i alreay paid 1.5 lacs of principal.
