I totally agree. Nandesh is a Jerk and talks very rude,I've experienced an incident recently.I will post it separately.

I Agree.They gave me run on altered 2.5 bhk(I have made up my mind) for a week and then finally said it will not happened. When i spoke to the Head of the Engineering that guy was rude and talking like a jerk. Zero professionalism.
