No... Kindly read my comment on this post. The Kaya staff at Andheri east knew my concerns, and after I told them clearly that I intended to stop my treatment, there was NO offer to either reimburse my money OR at least have the decency to issue an apology. I am sorry. I have absolutely no intention of taking this forward. Kaya staff had ALL the time to address my fears for MONTHS. Your Andheri East centre has my contact details.
