As I said there is no fixed policy in QA InfoTech. Sometimes employee must pay a big amount of 1 Lakh at the time of joining and they will provide you software testing training (worth nothing --same training you can get only in 4000 to 10000 based on institutions). and would not pay any amount till read more...
I had already said guys, decision is yours. This decision will decide your present career growth and future career. Before joining, talk to your other reliable sources.
