This is the worst company for employees. This organization is full of dirty and cheap politics by the managers like Hemanshu Seth.
The HR Team is the worst part of this company. They always try to spoil your career. They even provide wrong information to other company about the employee who is about to leave their company.
Managers I’ve ever worked with, are pathetic. There is no professionalism, no policy. there is too much of politics. The managers treat people like slaves and they have different policies for each employee. They don’t care for your personal life. They insult you on the floor in front of everyone. They write nasty emails, threaten you and keep employees in deep depression. More than anything, its a recruitment company.
They think if they’re doing a big favor by paying you the salary. The HR team has no clue and control on managers. HR Team bluffs while hiring you, don’t trust them. There are few managers who control everything. These people have formed their groups because they are here since the beginning of company and they don’t allow anyone to grow.
Don’t recommended this to anyone, unless you don’t want them to suffer like that in HELL.
