I have been following up with pepperfry team for the order which is supposed to be shipped in 25days. Its over a month now and everyday I get a response that the order will get shipped tomorrow. Please never buy any high value items from pepperfry.com unless you enjoy getting heartburn.
It would have been great if I had got a response on the email/phone call made to pepperfry rather than having to write a bad review. Pepperfry team need to spend more time giving responses on custoemrs on phone or email rather than waiting for them to post bad reviews on mouthshut and then resolving read more...

Funny part about this review is that a customer is asked to compromise while online shopping. While a couple of days of delay is fine and shouldn't be too much of crib about. I did recieve a call from pepperfry today and the issue was resolved. However I had requested the person on phone to send an email confirming the resolution but none was sent. Order Number : 100016339
