I am very disappointed with the service team. I put complaint 3 times for filter replacement but each time somebody came to my house, inquire about the air purifier and never respond back. This Dr.Aeroguard SCPR200 is not a user friendly purifier.Iam buy this purifier last 2 months ago.The purifier is not working good because of the adjustment of the area and air is not purifie proparly. The cost is to high compare the other purifiers.This is not a handy product.This purifier is very heavy in weight and also long in height. This is not easy in moving to one plus to other places.The style and design is not good it is like a small pillor.This is not along durable purifier because of the purifier is not strong in physically and also technically. Iam calling to customer service to complaint the purifier is not purifie the air proparly they cannot respond. customer service is very poor. Iam not recomend this purufier to any one.This is non worthy for money.

Bought 3 machines, filters choked in 15 days, even after cleaning machine operates at full power showing filter still blocked, spoken to their service helpline 5 times since march’16, they give complaint number nver revert, their rep never showed up, they return calls trying to sell other products. keep far away do not repeat mistake of buying ever, repeated attempts to speak to senior persons also failed call centers just repeat standard lines and to rub salt on wounds respond to calls by saying welcome to eureka forbes your friend for life!

I buy the dr.aeroguard last month it is very poor product it make a vibration while working and the results of it is not very good. it is not a very durable product it has to repair many times.

the shape of it is not very good many time it get fell down due to its poor shape .

the style of is not very good it look like a small door and the service from aeroguard is very bad . I call them many times but not ever solve my air purifier problem .

Hello readers today I m going to share my thoughts about Dr.Aeroguard air purifier with you.

Pollution is in rise and at a very fast rate than it used to in past and increase contraction of cars especially in metropolitan cities has increase the air pollution at very alarmic high. So if want to breadth pure ais atleast at home you can buy Air purifiers.

Dr.Aeroguard air purifier is not at all user friendly it is complicated to understand the settings that are suitable according to your area.

The air purifier is made of hard plastic material which is good but the quality is not good it can be broken easily buy using tools.

It is very big and vey heavy which is not easy to store but it comes which rollers which make easy to transfer.

It comes in very simple design nothing really fancy plan simple white in colour. No designs on the sides or the back.

Service and support is not that it took 2 - 3 days to address you complain.

Hello friends today I am going to share my personal openion on the product Dr. Aerogaurd SCPR 200

My experience using this product is very bad I think this product is totally wastage of money.

Thie is very user friendly and easy to operate and the style and design of this product is also a problem

becouse it is very huge in size you have to put it in a safe place. the service and support is also good.

but this is not a durable product and totally wastage of money product. I think their is no need of this product

I dont recommend this product to anyone I am also going to sell this air purifier

The contribution of science plays a biggest role in our life, It makes our life easy and comfortable. but now a days we are facing many problems, Which are disadvantages of science like polluted water, changes in atmosphere, air pollution etc.

Now a days air pollution is the biggest problem in the urban areas. that’s why I bought Dr. Aeroguard air purifier from online store, on 27/03/2016 with order no. 0345761.  delivery was good by the online company. then I call Eureka Forbes for the demonstration but no any man is came for the demonstration. and no any warranty card is provided by the company as they says 1 year warranty.

Then I read all about the purifier from the booklet and watching videos on YouTube how to use it . and it gives only 50% efficiency. and after 2 months it’s efficiency decreases to 30%, I do clean filter properly in every 15 days, but efficiency not turn up it goes worse day by day and gives only 20% of efficiency and not able to clean the air, machine is showing red indicator high pollution in room.

Then I call Eureka Forbes helpline no. 39883333 and register for the complain and they give me complain no. 68233525, and they promise me, my complain is solved in next 48 hours, no engineer is send by them in next  4 days and I again call them they ask me to wait for 48 hours to solve the problem and Engineer appeared and he check every thing and he said now it work fine.

and After 2 week it start creating problem and efficiency is decreases continuously 40% to 20% to 10% and again I file complain against this issue and they said you have to replace HEAP filter and odor absorber. and I asked them about warranty they said no warranty against parts provided. I pay for that and after some weeks it continuously creates problems over and over, so I changed it by using different brand.

I don’t like this purifier this is very bad not good my friends told me this is very good but I told you I am using this is ridiculous money so high I don’t know any kind of buy this purifier and this is no stylish body and very heavy no service prices so high people you know many kinds of purifier in market they are all good but this is cheap don’t buy this water so dirty I am using but this is not good response I am checking water I am asking not buying this purifier other purifier is to best. dr . I purchase Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 200 on 08.10.2016 and Sales was done by B.Saravanan, he is very tricky person and try to sell the product by given wrong information so guy be careful about this person.

I was told that I need to replace Air filter once in a year and will cost around rs.1,200 but this was misleading information.

To my surprise Air filter was worn out within six months and I checked with customer care for replacement cost and got update that this will cost rs.4,100

When I tried to contact B.Saravanan, he is avoiding my calls and least bothered.

So guys please avoid be careful and avoid Dr. Aeroguard product as cost of maintenance is very high.

Hello guys today I am telling you about the product which I am using for the last 6 months and I am not very much satisfied with this product. It is easy to use but when I purchased this product so they will gave me a good deal but after few months it will creating some problems and it did not gave me a good air when it works so their is some problem in air . The style of this purifier is good but when I go to the service center so they will make some excuse and after a long chat they will agree to repair it but after few days it will creating again some problem so overall its not a good purifier for me .

I have purchased Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 200 through one of the Eureka agent on 25/12/2016 and the order no : SO139909/ Auth : 021641. RR No : 000000000429 : Inv : 237 and from that day my struggles stared.

During initial commitment was, I will get the product in 2 days.. but, after 19 days ( today ) I have to take my money back with lot of struggles/escalations. The reason being they don’t have stock and doesn’t know when they will manufacture and deliver the product. ?

Interesting part is that they don’t update to the Customer nor pick up the phones.. in spite, if I call Customer care the response is that they don’t deal offline/Agent bookings,.. now the question is, whom to contact and escalate my problem ?

I almost called 30 to 40 number to find some escalation point to get my money or the product. I really don’t know, what the management is doing if they can’t deliver or meet the Customer requirement.

Interesting and funny part is, in between I get a call from Customer care asking for the feedback on the product ?. What feedback I can give without having product in hand ?. I really doubt, do they check before calling Customer whether the product is delivered or not ? In my life, first time taking money back for not having the product. I am sure management will take this message and do justice to Customers.
