It was a bad experience seeing the Haier fridge door fall off.making a huge sound as if the bomb struck. The door fittings are worst quality making the door detach from the fridge. See picture

1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Haier Refrigerator

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my Haier refrigerator, which failed me within just 2 years. Despite regular maintenance, the motherboard malfunctioned, causing inconsistent cooling. Food spoils even when the fridge is turned on!

Poor quality, unreliable performance, and short lifespan make Haier a brand to avoid. I strongly advise against purchasing their products.

We bought the fridge one and a half year ago. And almost 6 times the technician have come!!!! In almost 10 days the door rubber have come out. We changed the board and the sensor in one and a half year. We’ve spent almost ₹9, 000 already. And we don’t know what is going to happen in the upcoming next week or months or even years. Cooling suddenly stops and water starts leaking or suddenly the fridge turns on and turns off by itself. We had a samsung fridge for more than 15 years and not even one day we had to call technicians. But here every month or in few weeks some or the other problem keeps happening and we’re not happy with the haier product nor it’s service!!! We’re really sorry that we bought this fridge because even after buying why do we have to spend thousands of rupees on it????? I WOULD GENUINELY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO BUY THIS HAIER FRIDGE!!!!

I had purchased Haier refrigerator. There is repair need frequently. I have spent lot of money on repairs. The service centre people are very bad, The company is non responsive. They forced me to take extended warranty. They are not providing service. The quality of refrigerator is very Bad

Complaint for water leakage in refrigerator , model HRB-738GG, first complaint on 14th April 2024, no resolution.

Next complaint on 4th May 2024.

Today after one week, 11th April 2024, no resolution.

Call centre answer is same for last one week, we are sorry, resolution soon.

Because of recurrent problems, even purchased expensive AMC, but no use.

Very poor experience.

I would never recommend for Haier appliances.

It’s been over a week since I lodged complaint regarding my 20 months old refrigerator stopped working, I have been running pillar to post with no response from the service center, pathetic support, regret having getting lured to buy Haier products when they lack service completely.

The price list is never charged and they put their own prices ..Gas charged they charged 4000.

There is smell in refrigerator and it makes noise. The service is poor

I had purchased french door refrigerator in 2017 and now facing the.issie in compressor.. inspite of calling them continuously for last 15 days no one is bother to answer responsibly... waht a pathetic customer care they have...never ever buy any product of this company.. they can never feel the pain of the customer.. I am actually talking to 10 different people of the company to sort out my issue..every time I call 1 person he will give number of xyz than call that person he will direct to another person.. seriously this your service...I made a big mistake buying the product..

We brought double door refrigerator in reliance digital Guntur Lakshmipuram they told that the fridge glass is unbreakable but it broke in 5months and now they said to paid cash for replacement of all the door they can’t replace the glass only very bad service and irresponsible

I bought this fridge 1 year ago. The dealer told me that it is a good brand and took me for this brand. This became coplaint in one week. A new fridge was replaced after contacting the service center one week. The fridge that was changed, after 8 months, it became a complaint again. When I called the service center they said that I have to pay cash. Very bad service. Please don’t get scammed by buying this. verybad experience.

Such a worse company…service is very bad…simply irritating customers..my fridge is 4 yrs old and now it get damaged…around 1 month i am trying to clear it but no use…they dont have any responsibility and dont value us??

Haier service is very very poor they directly not any support relation with customers a third party support company always dealing services.just a cooling issue 4 year old fridge with 10 years compressor’s warrenty is just waste because after 4 years fridge damaged

I bought this product from Eham digital Calicut because of the pressure from Salesman. He convinced me that this is the top product in refrigerator. But in this one and half years, i repaird this for third time. Please don’t cheat the buyers and please don’t buy this product anymore from this company.

Bought a Refrigerator. HAIER REF HRB3654PKGE BLACK GLASS BLO3SBE8GO1TOK530062. Before buying I did not know it was a Chinese company.

The door came off !!!! Not just it came off, it broke the tile of the floor.

And they ask me around 10000 to replace the door for a refrigerator which was bought for 33000.

Made, numerous calls to the local support team. They are so rude, as if they are paid to be rude. They will be talking to some other colleagues when they are talking to you, as if you are secondary and someone else is more important to a support person.

Finally agreed to pay the negotiated money to them, then started another drama. They say, Door is not available. I was told they will "manufacture" the door as it is no longer available. Then they tell me (after numerous calls) that I have to take some other models door for my fridge. If only I had to take that, wouldn’t I have bought something else, in first place. How come the product parts are unavailable within a short period of 4 years ( in the first place refrigerators are never seen to have problem of door falling off in 20 years of use)

Asked them to connect to their manager, they are just not willing to tell the name or number or connect.

Contacted the National Support Team , they ask to talk the same local team which is behaving rudely.

The problem is still open....only God [HAIER] knows when they will fix...

My conclusion : DO NOT BUY FROM HAIER if you are spending your own money.
