I am middle class guy and wanted good product for family of 4 adult 1 kid. Do you people recommed this model? How is after sale service?

Not recommended. It is not durable. Me and my brother bought this together. My brother’s machine’s motherboard got burnt out within 1 year, thankfully they replaced after we made hue and cry on twitter. My machine’s motherboard went faulty after 6 years and they charged me 10k to replace it. Visiting charges of service engineers are high 800/-
