Should I file case against Standard Chartered credit card department

4) by looking at statement you can see I paid all bill on or before due date so by not sending sms alert you made this money.
3) I have credit amount in my account so why charges applied.(has ~1400 in my credit card. they opended 2 account how would I know 2pay)
2) Why you opened multiple account for EMI pay? from whom you taken approval? have you intimated me about this? (I taken a mobile on EMI)
I asked below questions when I saw charges of 500+tax=~800 1) No sms alert from you end this time why?(they use to send me sms)
I am not surprise to find this site and expressing their bad experince with Standard Chartered bank...wonder how to get even with them!?
