SunTec Web Services is an Awesome IT Company

I joined SunTec in the December of 2009, responsible for providing internal IT support. I really liked the people and the working environment here. We were not so big back then, hardly 250 employees. Over the years, I have watched SunTec grow into massive team strength of 1000+. My suggestions were always welcomed by the VP and the Director. I don’t know if there’s another job where you can have as much fun as at SunTec!

Good For Fresher: Knowledge Based IT Company

Very Good Environment for work, Salary hike is too good but one thing I would like to tell about job security. The job security of employee depends on the performance. If you work hard then it is better to get knowledge and experience from here. Here you can learn new things daily, working on new technology, different platforms, interaction with client’s directly, etc that build your professional growth.

I have three years experience here and have good knowledge. To deal with the clients need knowledge. As I said, issue regarding to job security depend on performance and all companies wants good and talented employee’s.

Friendly work place, Simple to learn new technologies, Great IT company to start your career as a fresher. Have good projects and clients. Here you can directly interact with the clients too. Lot of things to learn daily. Fresher training is very good in this company. Salary hike is too good but that depends on performance of the employees.

No politics that I have ever seen in this company. With this, I can say that it’s a fast growing and trustworthy IT company and every client have full faith.

Great company, great working culture that prides on work/life balance, Great place with a variety of people, friendly nature company. I am working here more than 2 years. With my past experience, SunTecIndia is completely trusted company. All team members are always ready to help each other. The management is too good. I have seen in the companies of partiality is the main issue but here I can say that there is no partiality with the employees.

Excellent Company - Always Exceed Expectation

In last couple of years, I have used the Data Entry services of SunTec India’s team on many occasions.These guys are really brilliant in their approach.

I’m running eCommerce store on Amazon and eBay. I needed to upload hundreds of new products on my stores. They have helped my upload all the products on store in no time. In fact, they surprised me with their great accuracy and timely delivery of job.

SunTec Web Services is a good fast leading, reputed and trustworthy IT company but need some improvement in Management only. Middle Level Management takes too much time to respond on discussing on new topics, solving issues, etc.

But overall it’s a awesome IT company for everyone where you can gain lot of knowledge.The company provides Projects with scale and impact. Excellent skills and experience to freshers.

Good for freshers

SunTec is a good place to learn for freshers. Although the organization is not very good in terms of remuneration but yes you’ll get a great learning experience for starting your career.

Also, I would recommend micro management should be reduced and some flexibility should be provided.

Thief and illiterate Company

I am a employee of suntec web service last 4 year. and now I realized these company is thief and their HR management is also very big thief. on these company work data entry they have took a project through freelancing . and on freelancing these company have created own different name. but company have register only single name .and mostly employee are illiterate they don’t know English. and these company pay scale is joke- 7500 per/month .and shift time is 8 Am to-5 pm employee are work 10 hour only just rs 7500. These company staff. management, environment and work all are very bad. mostly high level posted employee like MD, PO, TL all are illiterate they don’t know proper excel knowledge but they work data entry . based on some wise employee .

Suntec webservices is growing its global presence over 3600 clients from 30 countries.suntec has considerably large network and they have more than 800 employees.

Suntec has 8 centres in delhi.so from experience of various employees we brings us positive and negative things about suntec.

Pros:

I take opinion from various people and it was positive to mixed, It was so so and I was little bit confused But After I joined, slowly and slowly I knew the company . Touch wood., .I am the employee of SunTecIndia where you can learn lot of new things daily. Colleagues are too good like a family member. Interaction with clients, working on new technologies, Appreciation for your performance, good salary hike and many more.Working atmosphere is very good, equal for all.

Cons:

Need some improvement in the Holidays.There are very less annual leaves.No holiday on saturday so this is main disadvantage for employee.

So for new employee suntec pvt Ltd. is very good for experience.
