Its been more than 24 hours and Yesterday my order was not delivered completely in amritsar on 31 Jan 2023 night around 8:45pm. Me and my wife has been trying to contact no one is answering. that why cushion which was also the part of order and why it was not delivered. AND HE TOLD THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE WHOLE ORDER AMOUNT BACK. I had a very bad experience although this is not the first time I am using winni, I ordered a birthday cake for my niece but I received a wrong cake instead, the cake which I received was not worth eating and was completely different as if bought from any local shop, I tried contacting the support team via mail and contact number but till now I have not received any proper solution, I feel cheated by team winni
