Problem
Water issue: in the hands of builder and you are in mercy of builder to get water.
Swimming pool hardly works
Gym not working since last 6-8 month since builder did not pay electricity bill
Bunch of stray dogs in the society no body is there to remove them
Garbage is thrown inside
No service lift in the buildings
Rent are extremely high comparative to nearby society
DG never work
Flat were sold on the name of automation - which is totally failure.!
Builder has left several uncompleted work even after 6 years of completion of the flat.!
