Flat in society were provided with several automation features by builder.. but those automation could work only for 3-4 years.. .. all the automation are failed and if you are staying as a tenant in these flats owners might charge you for automation failure while vacating.. which could be very big read more...
if you are stucked in the lift and power cut is therethen God cam save you! It''''s really a nightmare in marvel fria...! If you are planning occupy flat get into lower floor..as there is a frequent power cut in wagholi and DG never work in the soceity.. everytime you wanna go down or up .. you wi read more...
