I saw advertisement for GOKULAM today in Times of India by Sri Krishna Group. Please do not get fooled by this advertisement of lower prices. U will definitely be taken for ride once u sign the document. He has not completed any promised amenities (Generator, BWSSB water, community hall and many man read more...
Mr SHANKAR P REDDY who is landlord is even bigger crook than Kishore Reddy. He has not only taken all apartment owners for a ride, but deprived apartment owners of access road. He is criminal minded. Do NOT take any property from either for SALE or RENT. If u take for RENT forget ur deposit.
