I had called their customer care (or don't care?!) representative (who's name is Manjunath) and enquired about the status. He assuered that he would be sending the details on the same day about the refund details. Till now no any such mail has been recieved at my end, and they haven't yet refunded t read more...
Hi, I have verified my bank account. I haven't yet got my money back. Please check, confirm from your end.
It is good to know that you people (@IndiaPlaza) are responding (at least after 2 weeks after my complaint here at mouthshut). I can't treat this issue as closed unless my money got paid back from your end.

Hi! Better not to confuse between insurance and investment. Insurance is not an investment. Its a supportive mechanism for your family, in your absence.
